Terms of Use

Welcome to ReateIt. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ReateIt mobile application, website, and related services ("ReateIt," "Service," "we," "us," or "our").

By creating an account or using ReateIt, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. About ReateIt

ReateIt is a social and collaboration discovery app that allows users to create profiles, share profile information, upload profile photos, add social links, discover other users, view compatibility or collaboration-related results, and communicate through chats or messages.

If you download ReateIt from the Apple App Store, your use of the app is also governed by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement, unless we provide a separate custom EULA. If you download ReateIt from Google Play, your download and use of the app may also be subject to Google Play's applicable terms and policies.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use ReateIt.

By creating an account or using ReateIt, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older and that you are allowed to use the Service under applicable laws.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for the information you provide and for activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to:

• provide accurate and truthful information;
• keep your login information secure;
• not create fake, misleading, or impersonation accounts;
• not use another person's account without permission;
• notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

We may suspend, restrict, or delete accounts that violate these Terms or create risk for other users or the Service.

4. User Content

ReateIt may allow you to upload, submit, send, or display content, including profile information, photos, bios, social links, messages, reports, and other material ("User Content").

You own your User Content. However, by using ReateIt, you give us permission to host, store, process, display, transmit, and use your User Content as needed to operate, improve, protect, and provide the Service.

You are responsible for your User Content and must have the rights needed to share it.

5. Community Rules

You agree not to upload, send, promote, or engage in content or behavior that is:

• abusive, threatening, harassing, bullying, or intimidating;
• hateful, discriminatory, or targeted at protected groups;
• sexually explicit, exploitative, or involving minors in any inappropriate way;
• violent, graphic, or encouraging self-harm or harm to others;
• illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful;
• spam, scam, phishing, or unwanted promotional activity;
• impersonation of another person, brand, or organization;
• invasive of another person's privacy;
• sharing someone else's private or sensitive information without permission;
• infringing copyrights, trademarks, or other rights;
• designed to hack, scrape, disrupt, reverse engineer, or misuse the Service;
• otherwise objectionable or unsafe for the ReateIt community.

6. Reporting, Blocking, and Moderation

Users may report profiles, users, conversations, or messages that they believe violate these Terms or create a safety concern. Users may also block other users.

We may review reports manually or through automated tools. We may remove content, hide content, restrict features, suspend accounts, delete accounts, or take other action if we believe these Terms have been violated or if action is needed to protect users, the Service, or the community.

We are not required to monitor all content, but we reserve the right to review and remove content at our discretion.

7. User Interactions

ReateIt helps users discover and communicate with other users, but we do not control what users say or do.

You are responsible for your interactions with other users. Use caution when sharing personal information, clicking links, communicating outside the app, or meeting anyone in person.

We do not guarantee user identity, behavior, availability, compatibility, collaborations, opportunities, matches, results, or outcomes.

8. Account Deletion and Content Removal

You may request deletion of your account through the app or by contacting us at reateit@gmail.com.

When your account is deleted, we may delete or deactivate your profile information, profile photos, social links, and related account data, subject to legal, safety, security, fraud prevention, backup, and technical limitations.

Some information may remain for a limited period where necessary, such as records needed for safety, abuse prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or system backups.

You may also contact us to request removal of specific content associated with your account.

9. Privacy

Your use of ReateIt is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, share, and delete information.

10. Third-Party Services

ReateIt may use third-party services to operate the app, including services for authentication, hosting, database storage, image storage, push notifications, analytics, and infrastructure.

These providers may include Firebase, Cloudinary, Expo push notifications, and other service providers. Your use of ReateIt may also be subject to the terms and policies of those third-party services.

11. Push Notifications

If you allow notifications, ReateIt may send push notifications related to account activity, messages, updates, safety, or app features.

You can disable push notifications through your device settings.

12. App Changes and Availability

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of ReateIt at any time. We may also fix bugs, add or remove features, change how features work, or limit access to parts of the Service.

We do not guarantee that ReateIt will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

13. Prohibited Technical Use

You agree not to:

• access or use the Service in an unauthorized way;
• interfere with or disrupt the Service;
• scrape, copy, crawl, or harvest data from the Service without permission;
• attempt to bypass security, rate limits, or access controls;
• reverse engineer or tamper with the app except where allowed by law;
• use the Service to distribute malware or harmful code.

14. Termination

You may stop using ReateIt at any time.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to ReateIt if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk for other users, misused the Service, or if required by law.

15. Disclaimers

ReateIt is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of any kind, including warranties of accuracy, reliability, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted operation.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, ReateIt and its owners, operators, developers, partners, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, reputation, opportunities, or user interactions arising from your use of the Service.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we may notify you through the app, website, or another reasonable method.

Your continued use of ReateIt after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
